When requesting personalisation please ensure that you select the 'Personalised' option when adding to the basket, as if you don't you will receive a non-personalised card, even if you have entered a name into the personalisation field. 

When choosing personalisation please check that you have spelled your chosen name correctly, as due to differing spelling of names we are unable to spell check and are currently unable to send proofs before printing.
